Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using ATLAS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product. These terms apply to the ATLAS indicator product only — signals and alerts on TradingView, with no automated trade execution.
2. What ATLAS is and is not
ATLAS is a technical analysis tool distributed as an invite-only script on TradingView. It displays market-structure signals, states, and alerts on your chart. ATLAS does not place orders, does not connect to any broker or exchange, and does not manage funds. You are solely responsible for every trading decision and every order you place.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to trade the instruments you intend to analyze with ATLAS. You must hold your own active TradingView account on a plan that supports invite-only scripts.
4. License grant
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ATLAS on TradingView for your own trading analysis. This license does not permit you to:
- share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your invite-only access to any other person or TradingView username;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying Pine Script source;
- use ATLAS to build, train, or inform a competing product or service;
- redistribute screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of ATLAS's logic for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
ATLAS is offered on a recurring monthly subscription through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where launch or introductory pricing is offered, it applies only to subscriptions started during the stated launch window; the rate in effect when your subscription began remains your rate for as long as it stays active, and only new subscribers joining after the launch window ends are subject to the standard rate described on the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that period ends. We do not prorate partial periods.
Your first purchase carries a 5-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 5 days of your initial purchase and we will refund it in full and revoke access. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time. See the Pricing page for details.
6. Delivery of access
Access is granted by adding the TradingView username you provide at checkout to ATLAS's invite-only access list. You are responsible for providing an accurate username. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by an incorrect username, TradingView account issues, or TradingView platform outages.
7. No investment advice
Nothing produced by ATLAS — signals, alerts, or documentation — is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and none of it should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor in any jurisdiction. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full trading-risk disclosure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
ATLAS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that ATLAS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal or calculation will be accurate or complete. TradingView's platform, data feeds, and availability are outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use ATLAS — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to ATLAS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of ATLAS, your violation of these terms, or your trading activity.
11. Third-party services
ATLAS operates on TradingView, a platform owned by TradingView, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms. Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor; we do not store your full payment card details.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including sharing invite-only access or attempting to extract the underlying script. You may stop using ATLAS and cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ATLAS after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ATLAS is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
