Privacy Policy
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or purchase ATLAS, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the checkout and support flows connected to it. It does not apply to TradingView itself, which has its own privacy policy governing your use of their platform.
2. Information we collect
- Account and delivery information: your name, email address, and TradingView username, which we need to grant invite-only access to ATLAS.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our checkout provider, Whop. We receive confirmation of payment and a billing reference, never your full card number.
- Support communications: anything you send us by email, including its content and any attachments.
- Site usage data: basic technical data (browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page) collected automatically to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic.
- Cookies: only those strictly necessary for the site and checkout to function, unless you are told otherwise at the time an optional cookie is set.
3. How we use this information
- to grant, maintain, and revoke your invite-only access to ATLAS;
- to process payment, billing, and subscription renewal or cancellation;
- to respond to support requests and send service-related notices (for example, a billing failure or a planned access change);
- to send product updates or marketing communications, only if you opt in, and always with an unsubscribe option;
- to detect and prevent misuse of invite-only access, fraud, or abuse of these terms.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business:
- our payment processor, to process your subscription;
- TradingView, to the extent required to grant your username invite-only access;
- email or support infrastructure providers, to deliver receipts and respond to support requests;
- where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data retention
We keep account, delivery, and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on our payment processor's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payment data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
ATLAS is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. International users
If you access this site from outside the country in which we operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using the site, you consent to that transfer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
