This disclaimer is part of the terms you accept by purchasing ATLAS. It is not a formality — trading futures and leveraged instruments can lose you more than the software costs.
1. Substantial risk of loss
Trading futures, CFDs, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your initial investment; do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses.
2. Hypothetical and past performance
Any performance figures, backtests, or example setups shown on this site or inside ATLAS are hypothetical or historical in nature. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations — they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and do not account for the impact of slippage, liquidity, commissions, or emotional decision-making that occur in live trading. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.
3. ATLAS does not guarantee outcomes
ATLAS does not guarantee any trade, fill, entry, exit, profit, or protection from loss. Signals and alerts reflect a structural read of price action under the rules you configure — they are not predictions, and market conditions can invalidate any setup at any time, including immediately after a signal fires.
4. You make every trading decision
ATLAS is the indicator product: it displays information on your chart. It does not connect to a broker, does not place orders, and does not manage a position on your behalf. Every entry, exit, position size, and stop is a decision you make and an order you place. We have no visibility into and no responsibility for your actual trading activity.
5. Not financial, investment, or tax advice
Nothing on this site or inside ATLAS is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, or other instrument, and none of it constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant in any jurisdiction. 6. No advisory or fiduciary relationship
Purchasing or using ATLAS does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or any other special relationship between you and us. We act solely as a software provider.
7. Technology and platform risk
ATLAS runs on TradingView's platform and depends on TradingView's data feeds, uptime, and script execution. We do not control and are not responsible for TradingView outages, data delays, data errors, or changes to the invite-only script system. Technical issues can cause a signal to be delayed, missed, or displayed incorrectly.
8. No guarantee of availability
We aim to keep ATLAS available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access depends on your active subscription and on TradingView's platform remaining operational.
9. Testimonials and social proof
Where we publish real user testimonials or results, they reflect individual experiences and are not representative of results you should expect. Individual results vary based on experience, risk tolerance, market conditions, and execution.
